Like Stan, I’ve also met Prof. Liu, and I was impressed by how elegant a debater he was, and how charming. I think he would be a dynamite liberal SCOTUS justice..

I loved this nomination! I met Professor Liu last June and I thought he was brilliant, thoughtful, and definitely liberal. Oh, and he’s Asian, so between him and Denny Chin (assuming the get through), we’ll finally have two Asians in all of the Circuit Courts after having none for so long.
