Reporters on the Confirmation Process

Last night at the Library of Congress, C-SPAN held a panel on its new book about the Supreme Court in its own words based on the televised interview series that first aired this past October.

    The old timer on that panel for some reason let out that he thought Bush v. Gore was rightly decided. It was a gratuitous comment, in no way compelled by the question posed.
